I wanted to create a moodsheet to show the visual influence behind the opening shot of my film and what would also inspire the rest of the short film. I chose work from a range of sources that put different ideas in my head. As expected, a lot of the images came from screenshots or concept art based around the game Halo ODST which was my main inspiration for this work but I also used work from the game's entire franchise to represent my visual ideas. I also chose pieces of photography or stills from films that particularly showed what kind of shots / film I wanted to make. A lot of the stills came from Ridley Scott's work as he was another big inspiration on my work, including the game Alien Isolation as that too inspired me. I decided to also include examples of war photography as that was another important aspect that influenced my work greatly.

I tried to label each of the different images to show what they were, though some were simply images I had found online, on sites such as instagram or google, that had influenced me. I feel that these are the majority of sources for the storyboard and the film.
